Our work is adventurous and demanding, and you must be willing to learn. Prior marine construction experience is valued. Skills previously acquired by much experience and backed with certifications or licenses such as steel fabrication/ welding, friction crane operation, vessel pilot and CDL are highly desired. Those with multiples of these and ancillary skill sets (for example, diesel mechanic), are considered the most qualified.
Project managers, estimators, project engineers and superintendents as well must be diverse in their experience and have the ability to "think on their feet". As marine construction is a highly unique industry, a strong emphasis is placed on marine experience and adapability to ever changing requirements and environments.
